We have the ability to add Aflac Group and Aflac Traditional products to an EN case on a broker's license or build an entire Core+Aflac case on Aflac's EN license. For Core Plus Aflac builds on Aflac's Employee Navigator (EN) license, please allow 5-10 business days from the time ALL required information is received for completion. Times can vary based on number of products, access to plan information, census availability, and build complexity.
To add Aflac Individual on a broker's license to an existing EN case, please allow 1-2 business days for completion once access is granted to both EN and Everwell. To add Aflac Group on a broker's license to an existing EN case, please allow 2-3 business days for completion once access is granted to EN and the case build kit is received from AG. Case build kits can take 5-10 business days, so please plan appropriately.
