Welcome to the Roehl 2023 Benefits Open Enrollment Scheduling Site!  

Open Enrollment will be held November 1 -  11, 2022. This year is a passive enrollment, which means if you take NO action your benefit selections from this year will roll over to the 2023 plan year, with the EXCEPTION of your FSA which must be re-elected. 

If you have specific benefit questions, or need support adjusting coverages, changing dependents or beneficiaries or re-enrolling in your FSA, you can schedule an appointment with a Benefits Education Specialist (BES) or reach out to the inbound call center at 715-800-6004.  Last name A-M call 11/1 - 11/7; Last name N-Z call 11/7 - 11/11.

For scheduled appointments, the BES will call you on the provided number at your chosen appointment date and time.  If calling the call center, please be aware that inbound call volume can vary which can cause some wait time. If all BES's are busy assisting other employees, you will have an option for a return call back when a BES becomes available. 

As in prior year, employees also have the ability to self-enroll. 

1. Go to Roehlbenefits.com and click the "2023 Open Enrollment Information" link
2. Click on "Secure Benefit Enrollment" site
3. Log in using your Team Roehl username and password
