The Admissions Office at RSM provides an exciting opportunity to current Dutch and international IBA students to become Ambassadors to share their RSM experiences with prospective students.

Instructions
Once you have registered below, you will automatically be taken to the digital interview summary*. The digital interview consists of 16 questions, 3 of which will be answered by video recordings. The interview will take approximately 20 minutes.
Please complete the digital interview via the InterviewStream app if you are using your phone OR via the web version from a computer. DO NOT use the web version on your mobile device as this will cause technical issues.
When you start the digital interview, you will be guided through a practice round to familiarize yourself with the Interviewstream system. For each recorded interview question, you will have 3 minutes to prepare your answer and you have 2 attempts to record a 90-second answer for each question. Interviewstream will provide step-by-step instructions for submission.
*After registration you have 7 days to complete your digital interview or less since the absolute deadline is 16 May 2026 at 23:59 (CEST).
