Job Details

Position is responsible for a variety of secretarial and administrative duties as support for the Cabinet Secretary/Executive Officer and functions for the Office of the Secretary.

  • Responsible for all schedules and coordinating meetings (both internal and external), events, appointments, travel including registration, itinerary/agenda, reserving flights, transportation and lodging for the Cabinet Secretary and Executive Officer. Prepares all Partnership Board meetings, materials, schedules of meetings and writes up minutes of the Board Meeting.

  • Responsible for all telephone correspondence, maintain and manage the Office of the Secretary's email and calendars. Responsible for international and Corporate Executives for special events. This includes arranging tours, hotels, transportation and gifts for guests.

  • Prepares written correspondence and manages constituent services.

  • Other duties as assigned through the Office of the Secretary.

Minimum experience: Five years of executive-level administrative assistant experience.

Salary (based on qualifications): $50,000 - $60,000
Location: Frankfort, KY
