Instructions

Please get your application submitted online with AISD and the full digital interview process done ASAP.

Note that while the ranges for these positions go higher than the above listed starting pay on the attached Salary Schedule, only Arlington ISD Human Resources can decide on your starting salary, and ONLY after we have recommended you for a specific opening.  I cannot discuss salaries with you, as the Security Department has no say in those matters.  You should plan that you will start close to the base salary unless you have several years of law enforcement or school-based security experience (not just security experience), and even then, Human Resources has full control of the salary offer process.  The Salary Schedule is here:   AISD Salary Schedule

Full completion of all parts of this process is mandatory to be granted a live hiring interview (currently being conducted via the Zoom meeting application) and continue with the AISD Security Hiring Process.  You must upload a resume and a high school diploma (or applicable college transcripts) to this site AND your Arlington ISD online application to be considered for hiring.  If you have an AISD application on file, but did not include a resume, high school diploma or college transcripts, military service records (DD214, if applicable), please access your application and get those added ASAP.  Also, make sure your AISD online application covers at least 10 years of work history with reasons for leaving each position and a supervisor with whom we can make contact.  Before you can be recommended for hiring, your hiring manager will need to speak to your current supervisor to obtain a reference check.

Do not use an iPhone or iPad to complete this process!  It will not work properly and AISD Security supervisors will not be able to sufficiently vet your application.  This means you are unlikely to be selected for a live interview.

Go here to apply online with AISD (Make sure you apply directly to all positions in which you have interest,  not just indicating interest in "Security" positions):
