The WFC Group’s Project Managers work closely with our clients both domestically and internationally to lead projects and provide customized workforce management solutions both remotely and in person. This position operates mainly in the Kronos Workforce Central or ADP eTIME environments and is responsible for managing, guiding and supporting all client project work and interactions, ensuring business requirements are met, project plans are followed, time constraints are maintained and budget expectations are upheld (both with the client and within The WFC Group). Additionally, Project Managers are responsible for the supervising and performance management of all WFC Group WFM Implementation Specialists assigned to their projects.
