Implementation Consultant - Junior (No Kronos Implementation Experience)

After extensive orientation, training and job shadowing, The WFC Group’s Junior WFM Implementation Consultants will work closely with our clients both domestically and internationally to implement customized workforce management solutions and provide high level functional and technical support both remotely and in person. This position operates mainly in the Kronos Workforce Central or Workforce Ready environments and is responsible for the successful design, configuration, modification, development, and delivery of the application.
