RIVS Digital Interviews is a B2B SaaS company based in Chicago that provides online interviewing software designed to allow companies to discover the personality, attitude, and communication skills of their job candidates faster and more effectively.  Our platform allows helps companies reduce the amount of time, energy, and costs required to hire job candidates by enabling an efficient, yet effective hiring process.

Using our one-way video, voice, and written interview platform, companies are able to eliminate ineffective and time-wasting phone screen interviews.  Our live video interview tool allows organizations to chat with anyone, anywhere, on any device, eliminating the need for travel associated with face-to-face interviews.  Finally, our auto-scheduling tool allows employers to set their availability for live interviews one-time and have candidates select from those times, eliminating the annoying and time-consuming back-and-forth of interview scheduling.

Job Details

The opportunity 

 We are looking for Sr. Account Executives to take RIVS to the next level. The qualified individual would target enterprise and mid-market accounts.  

 This is a full life cycle sales job that requires you to:

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts with your assigned Business Development Rep
  • Prospect and set up meetings with VP level contacts via cold calling, Linkedin, and email
  • Learn and execute the Solution Sales methodology of selling
  • Solve problems, help organizations identify bottlenecks in their recruitment process and assess the costs of those problems.
  • Conduct product demonstrations with multiple stakeholders including technical, user, and economic buyers.
  • Closing
  • Ongoing sales and support. Once an account is brought on you will work with our Customer Success Team to ensure the service is adopted properly and look for upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude
  • Fearless
  • Minimum 2 years of consultative sales experience
  • Bachelor degree
  • Consultative selling experience in either SaaS or recruitment products is a plus
