Job Details

Language Access Network is seeking customer service professionals to fill its growing Customer Service Representative (CSR) positions in our Columbus, OH location. These are full-time positions with full benefits.
The Customer Service Representative accurately routes calls according to provider's request for specific language support. Assists providers in proper identification of their patient's language / dialect.
Maintains awareness of changing interpreter availability in the Language Center and uses sound judgment in use of sourcing options. Monitors / troubleshoots call quality issues. Cultivates cooperative relationships with interpreters, floor supervisors, CSR teammates and CONVERSANT Audio Solutions / Language Access Network Management.
The CSR recognizes that he/she is the face of Language Access Network to the clients and manages this role responsibly.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required.
EXPERIENCE: At least 6 mos. of customer-facing experience. Familiarity of contact center software, including call routing/soft phones (Avaya, Cisco, CIC, ect.) and employee scheduling (Community, Monet, NICE, Verint, VPI, At least 6 mos. using Microsoft Office or equivalent software to document customer contact, specific requests, and actions taken.
Employment is confirmed after successful completion of a background check, and drug screen.
