Elementary Teacher - Gem Prep: Pocatello 17-18

Gem Prep teachers change the lives of students and families.  They are willing to do “whatever it takes" to make every student successful.  Our teachers work relentlessly toward academic goals that will prepare students for college and beyond. 

The teacher plans and delivers classroom instruction which consists of both digital and face to face components. The teacher is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering instruction and monitoring student progress to determine instructional needs. The teacher uses data and collaboration to drive instruction and makes necessary changes to ensure significant academic gains and a powerful learning experience for every child.
