RIVS Digital Interviews has some pretty amazing recruiters using our platform to interview candidates. We are excited to awknowledge the hard work of those recruiters with RIVS Pro Interviewer, a free certification program for expert digital interviewers!

Job Details

The test will ask you a series of knowledge-based questions about the RIVS platform as well as a skill based evaluation of digital interviews. In passing the test, you will officailly become a certified RIVS Pro Interviewer with benefits that include:

A "badge" that can be placed on your organization's website, personal email footer and social media profiles
Optional recognition on the RIVS website of the interviewer's certification level
Optional social media announcement when the interviewer achieves a new certification

The test should take you no longer than 45 minutes.
