Job Details

RIVS is looking for a top performer with a proven track record of solution selling to into the education
market – specifically K-12. We are the educational market’s leading interviewing technology provider
helping educational systems identify, engage, and hire the best talent for their open roles.
You will use your educational market experience to develop relationships with technology coordinators,
HR Administrators and Superintendents to define the appropriate solution to meet the school and district
needs. Your ability to quickly establish yourself as a trusted advisor with your industry expertise is key.
You must have a natural curiosity for people, be highly motivated and results orientated to drive sales in
the education market.  Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, thrive in a collaborative
team-selling environment and the desire to exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
