interviewstream is looking for a top performing leader with a proven track record of building and driving Software as a Service client success team. We are the industry’s leading interviewing technology - powering a superior interviewing experience that helps companies differentiate themselves and drive outstanding talent acquisition results. 

The Director of Client Success will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will be responsible for leading and coaching a high performing team who are responsible for driving post sales engagement renewals, upsell, facilitating exceptional client management and delivering top notch implementation and support services ensuring high client satisfaction and low churn. The Director of Client Success leads a team of Client Success Managers and works closely with Executive team to develop long term strategic plans for team and long-term product revenue growth. Success in this role is dependent upon a successful track record within and managing SAAS client success teams. The position is responsible for strategic account planning and growth within our client base while delivering actionable client insights.
