Welcome to the 2023 Aflac/FSA Virtual Open Enrollment.  The link below will bring you to the Enrollment Aflac page, where you will find Aflac's products and pricing and the FSA enrollment form for the plan year 2023.  You can also access the scheduling calendar where you can set your appointment to speak to an Aflac Benefit Advisor.

All employees wishing to enroll in the 2023 plan year FSA must fill out an enrollment form to participate.  The 2023 plan year will have a $2850.00 maximum for medical reimbursement and $5000.00 for dependent child care.

All new policies or any changes to existing policies will have a 01/01/2023 effective date.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
