RIVS.com, Inc. is a B2B SaaS company that provides online interviewing and interview scheduling software designed to allow companies to discover the personality, attitude, and communication skills of their job candidates faster and more effectively. Our platform helps reduce the amount of time, energy, and costs required to hire job candidates by enabling an efficient, yet effective hiring process.
Additionally, we're passionate about providing candidates the opportunity to tell their story rather than being another resume in the pile. We consider it our mission to breathe new life into the traditional hiring process and want to give candidates the ability to showcase their skills, passion, and fit on their own free time.
As a result of extensive growth, we're looking to grow our sales team with capable, engaging, and driven individuals that will help us evangilize the benefits of digital interviewing solutions!
Job Details
We may serve 1,000 (or so) organizations globally, but we still consider ourselves a startup. On any given day our team members may find themselves wearing several different hats. The responsibilities of the National Account Executive include (but are definitely not limited to):
- Prospect and nurture new leads for your business (load the funnel)
- Work alongside the Business Development and Marketing teams to align outreach
- Host product demonstrations
- Manage the sales pipeline and process
- Achieve new business growth goals both individually and as a team
- Work with the Customer Success team to properly onboard and transition users to their account management team
